This is the real first look. We walk through where the business is hurting, how bad it is, and whether the trouble sits in one spot or spreads across several. Most of what happens next gets decided right here, and it's still free.
Sometimes the Discovery Call shows us a problem we've solved before, and we can hand you a proven fix without a big engagement. When the cause is buried deeper, or it's leaking across several parts of the business at once, that's when the full diagnostic earns its place as the next step. We only take you there when the problem is worth it.
When a deeper look is warranted, this is it. We sit with your team for one or more recorded conversations, study how the work really flows, and come back with a clear report: where the money is leaking, what to fix first, and what each fix is worth in real numbers. Then we walk you through it on a findings call, with the privacy and risk notes to match. The diagnosis has a fee, and if you move ahead, that fee credits toward the work.
You leave the diagnosis with your AI Profit Roadmap: a prioritized plan for what to fix, in what order, and what each step returns. It's written in plain language, tied to your numbers, and it's yours to keep.
If you want us to build it, we do, on your own system, not ours. You keep ownership of everything: the tools, the data, and the results. We're vendor-neutral, so what goes in is chosen for your business and your numbers, never because it pays us a commission.
What we build isn't a pile of AI tools you switch on and forget. It's an agentic system: AI that does the work on its own and keeps adapting as your business moves.
